Overview

Our approach to team building is bottom-up.

From direct experiences in many diverse workplaces there is a vast pool of intelligent, largely untapped talent. Correctly trained, developed and orientated they can and will contribute. We don't believe this to be true, we KNOW it (from experience) to be true.

We dispense with ineffective gimmicky team building activities and the ‘paralysis through analysis’ profiling of this and that personality type. Instead delegates attending our team building workshops, will critically focus on how their organization operates, what it does, why it does it, where things are done, how they are done, who does what, and to what effect.
